Welcome to Martensville Maddogs Football!

This is our 11th year as an organization, and we are looking forward to the 2017 season!  We organize a fall tackle program for Peewee (ages 11-12) and Bantam (ages 13-14) as members of the Kinsmen Football League Northern Zone (KFLNZ).  There is a link to register for the fall program by clicking on Fall tackle on the right side. Click on the highlighted KFLNZ to get to the registration form.  Up top click on... Register now.

Saskatoon Minor Football offers spring flag football and fall flag football for Grades 1-6.  They also offer the spring six-a-side tackle program for ages 11-14.  Players must register for all of these programs through the Saskatoon Minor Football website.  Please select the Martensville team option on the registration form to ensure proper placement.  There is a link on the side that will take you to this website.

The Maddogs program relies on volunteers to provide these youth programs.  If you would like to join our executive or help out with the program, please contact Janine at 306-222-0357 or jhayward@sasktel.net

Fall Tackle Program History

In 2013, the KFLNZ expanded to include two teams (one in Martensville and one in Warman), if the number of players warrant two separate teams.  All peewee and bantam players must register through the KFLNZ website, and the teams for the fall season will be formed in July.  All Martensville and Warman players will play in their respective city, unless there are not enough players to warrant two teams.  Out-of-town players will be assigned to one of the two teams based on numbers.

Homecoming 2017

Date:  Saturday, September 23

In the past, we have kicked off the day with the peewee game, followed by a flag team scrimmage, and we finish with the bantam game.

Previous fun has included members of the Saskatchewan Roughriders (signing autographs), Saskatchewan Roughriders Cheerleading Squad, Saskatoon Hilltops, and local radio station personalities, who have broadcasted live from Geransky Field and brought games and prizes.

The Maddogs concession provides tasty burgers, hot dogs, snacks, and refreshments.

We have also provided space for a laser tag course, facepainting, and a bouncy castle!

As always, we have an outrageous amount of prizes!  Come cheer on your home town team and enjoy a day of great football and more!
